What's the difference between group and 1:1 coaching?
The Elite Fit Program is community-based with 18 structured modules, live sessions, and peer support. Fit Fusion is fully 1:1 where every meal plan, check-in, and strategy is built specifically for your body and lifestyle.
Do I have to give up rice, roti, or family food?
Absolutely not. My programs are built around the Pakistani lifestyle. You'll learn how to eat biryani, roti, pizza, and wedding food — and still lose fat consistently. Food guilt is not part of the process.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. Both programs include home-friendly workout plans. Even daily walking is enough to support fat loss when your nutrition is right. The gym is optional, never required.
Can I join if I have PCOS, thyroid, or diabetes?
Yes. The 1:1 Fit Fusion program is fully customizable to your medical history. My clinical background means I understand these conditions deeply and will adapt your plan accordingly.
I have a very busy schedule. Can I still do this?
Yes — that's exactly who this is built for. You'll get simple meal-prep guides, 5-minute meal ideas, and flexible routines designed for demanding schedules.
What if I don't see results?
Follow the 15-week Fit Fusion program as instructed — attend calls, submit check-ins, implement the steps. If you don't see measurable results, I'll continue coaching you at zero extra cost until you do.
Is everything online?
Yes, 100% online. Join from anywhere in Pakistan or abroad. All coaching happens via WhatsApp and Zoom.
Will I regain the weight after finishing?
